Welcome to Hossana Health Sciences College Registrar office

The Hossana Health Sciences College office of Registrar, comprising of eight departments is dedicated primarily to serve students by providing services of scheduling, registration and reporting. The office supervises student registration, maintains student academic record and record classroom and administers the issuing, renewing and replacing of the students’ identification cards. In general, our registrar has the following roles.
- Recruitment and registration of students according to the prepared plan of the college
- Keeping academic records of students appropriately and systematically.
- Prepare admission application to the college and submitting these to the concern.
- Provision of student transcript and credentials.
- Issuing, renewing and replacing identification cards, and
- Preparing list of students recommended for graduation and submits to the academic commission for approval.
