Re-admission 

  1. A student who withdraws from the college shall apply to the office of the registrar according to the subsequent academic calendar.

  2. A list of Re-admission cases, prepared and approved by the registrar, the department heads, and CEP coordination

  3. Students who apply for re-admission shall pay birr 100 birr and submit one photo (3x4 cm) to the registrar’s office; the applicant will complete the re-admission application form.

  4. Re-admission is subject to the availability of a place and necessary budgetary allocation; readmission is possible only to the same department unless the Academic Commission gives permission otherwise.

  5. Re-admission application by student with good academic standing gets precedence over academic dismissal case; no student who has been dismissed for academic reasons shall claim readmission as a matter of right.
