Dear colleagues and esteemed members of the Hosanna Health Sciences College Society,

We are striving forward, to the Vision of our college, “to become a center of excellence in health training and research undertakings in Ethiopia. Moreover, we are working to attain the college's mission: “The College is committed to producing ethically and professionally qualified and competitive health professionals and making a significant contribution to solve community health problems through research.”

Each of us is working day and night to attain individual responsibilities to achieve a common vision and goal. I firmly believe that we can achieve our vision if and only if we work together. As well, I understand that either the success or failure of our organization is the failure or success of all of us. Thus, I want to convey my message so that we can all look at this idea and rise together. As we map our path forward, I sincerely thank you for your tireless dedication to quality education, innovative research, and problem-solving community services. Working together, we can do a lot and make a significant impact on the lives of the individuals and communities we serve.

Going forward, I encourage us to continue to foster a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and inquiry. Let us explore new avenues for research, engage deeply with local communities, and address pressing health challenges. Our collective efforts can create positive change and contribute to the betterment of society.
