Transfer
I Within the college
- Application for any form of transfer by students must get approval from the respective department, CEP, and registrar in consultation with the Academic Commission. Students once allowed to get a transfer cannot apply for the second-time transfer to another program or back to the previous program.
2. Any transfer of the program without the approval of the concerned bodies including the department head, CEP Coordinator, and registrar is invalid; a student found registered without approval shall face automatic disqualification.
II External transfers
External transfers will be decided by the concerned bodies such as the department head, CEP Coordinator, Registrar, and other officials. Transfers that require a more detailed decision will be undertaken in collaboration with the college Academic Commission.
